DELIVERY

  • West Malaysia: Delivery within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is cleared.
  • East Malaysia: Delivery may take 4-15 business days, depending on the location.
  • Remote areas or peak seasons may require additional delivery time.
  • Shipping charges are calculated transparently based on total weight or volumetric weight, ensuring fairness. These charges are clearly stated on the product page unless the item qualifies for complimentary delivery.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their items are shipped.
  • Before accepting parcels, ensure they are in good condition. If not, contact us immediately or request the courier to return the parcel.
  • Once items are received, inspect them immediately. If they are damaged, contact us with photographic proof. We will determine whether the issue is due to our handling or the courier’s negligence.
  • We are not liable for courier-related issues, but we will assist in resolving them.
  • If the damage is due to our error, we will provide a replacement for the goods ordered.

RETURN POLICY

  • We do not accept returns. Please choose your size wisely and refer to the size chart provided on each product page before making a purchase.
